Job summary

Liberty Health in Cary, NC is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care on the Templeton of Cary unit.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, hygiene and all ADLs, plus oral care and accurate charting. You will support the charge nurse and participate in routine resident treatments as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification must be listed in the DFS registry.
• Willing to care for geriatric residents and show genuine welfare concern.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADL’s as needed during shift.


• Assist with oral hygiene including denture care when getting up in the morning, after meals, at bedtime, and/or when needed.


• Completes patient care records at end of shift, including accurate I and O.


• Performs other duties as assigned.


• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.
