Job summary

Cardinal Bay, a mission-driven not-for-profit senior living health care organization, seeks a Full-Time Concierge at Carriage Inn Lake Jackson to welcome residents, families, guests and staff, and to maintain a secure, orderly environment.

The concierge will answer questions, guide visitors, and provide prompt, friendly service while upholding HIPAA and safety protocols. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role in a caring community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service, front desk and telephone experience preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, guests and employees in a welcoming manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas visible to the public.
• Respond to inquiries and provide immediate, courteous assistance.
