Job summary

The Legacy of Venice is seeking a Part-Time Concierge for 4pm-8pm, Wednesday to Saturday, at our Venice, FL community. The Concierge provides clerical support, answers calls, greets guests, and coordinates services to residents and families.

The role requires strong customer service, office skills, and English communication. We offer a supportive team environment and a welcoming community for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
• Experience in general office procedures and computer use.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and take accurate messages.
• Receive visitors and sign them in; route as appropriate.
• Provide information and assistance to residents and guests; assist with scheduling appointments.
