Job summary

Oakmont of Westpark in California seeks a friendly Concierge to greet visitors, answer calls, and support residents and staff during the 4:00 PM–8:00 PM shift on Monday through Wednesday. You will provide excellent customer service, manage the front desk, assist with tours, and help with clerical tasks, with weekends and additional shifts available.

Requirements include at least a high school diploma, 2 years hospitality experience preferred, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to pass

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years of hospitality or senior living experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and residents, and provide courteous assistance.
• Answer multi-line phones and direct calls appropriately.
• Assist with arranging tours of the property and clerical tasks.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming front desk environment.
• Support team members across departments as needed.
