Renaissance Raleigh is hiring a Concierge Attendant to create a welcoming guest experience in the lounge. Shifts are Sunday–Thursday nights from 4:30pm to 10:30pm, with responsibilities spanning setup, stocking, and maintaining presentations, plus assisting guests with local recommendations and hotel services.

You will help keep the lounge guest-ready, coordinate with front office, and ensure high standards of service and presentation.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality, concierge, lounge attendant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Knowledge of local restaurants, attractions, and transportation options preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and hospitality to guests in the Concierge Lounge.
• Set up, stock, and maintain food, beverage, and supply presentations.
• Keep the lounge clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift.
• Assist guests with local recommendations, dining reservations, transportation, and hotel services.
• Answer guest questions and fulfill special requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, events, and local attractions.
• Support front office operations and guest communications as needed.
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction and hotel operations.
