Job summary

Marriott Raleigh Durham Research Triangle Park is seeking a Concierge Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service in the M Lounge. You will greet guests, provide information on local attractions, take drink orders, serve light appetizers, and ensure the lounge is stocked and welcoming.

The role requires strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

Previous hospitality or concierge experience preferred.
Strong communication and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local area, attractions and services a plus.

Responsibilities

Guest Assistance: Greet and assist guests by providing information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Local Expertise: Offer guests insider knowledge on the best things to do and attractions in the local area.
Problem Resolution: Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
Serving Guests: Pick up orders from food prep areas and ensure food is prepared accordingly. Maintain lounge stock and cleanliness.
