Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Concierge Attendant at Marriott Raleigh Durham Research Triangle Park in Durham, NC. You will greet guests, assist with hotel amenities, and provide expert local recommendations to enhance their stay.

The role emphasizes outstanding service, professionalism, and a proactive team mindset in a fast-paced hotel environment. Weekend and holiday coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or concierge roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local area, attractions, and services is a plus.
• Professional appearance and behavior.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist guests with information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Provide insider knowledge on things to do and places to visit.
• Address guest concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
• Serve guests and take drink orders.
• Pickup orders from food prep areas and ensure proper food preparation.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work to improve them.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required safety gear.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
