Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years experience with telephone communications/PBX Switchboard.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None.

Responsabilités

• Greets and directs visitors and applicants. Issues and collects vendor and student IDs.
• Route all incoming calls. Operates public address system or other systems to call employees.
• Dispatch security personnel to investigate alarms and provide a communication link during emergencies.
• Monitor alarm centers and respond per policy; dispatch security as required.
• Issue keys for locations and hospital vehicles; maintain key log.
