Job summary

Summit Building Services is seeking a part-time janitorial technician for our Warren, Ohio facilities. The role involves cleaning offices, conference rooms, kitchens, and shop areas, with attention to safety and efficiency.

Shifts are 8-11pm on Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday for 12 hours weekly, with a starting pay of $15.00 per hour. Applicants need reliable transportation and must pass a background check and drug test.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, environmental services, commercial cleaning, or janitorial services.

Responsibilities

• Complete job specifications for assigned buildings.
• Clean offices and common areas: disinfect desks and tabletops, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop.
• Maintain equipment and order supplies.
• Maintain organization of assigned areas: keep laundry and closet tidy.
• Use the communication book to request consumables and share relevant facility information.
• Follow health and safety regulations and perform additional duties as assigned.
