Summit Building Services in Sunbury, OH is hiring a part-time commercial cleaning position for an office building with private offices, conference rooms, and a kitchen area. The role covers cleaning, restrooms, and general maintenance with a focus on hygiene and organization.

Shifts include Saturdays, 2 hours weekly between 8am and 6pm, with pay at $16 per hour. Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Experience in housekeeping, environmental services, commercial cleaning, or janitorial services.
• Part-time availability with flexibility for shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete job specifications for assigned buildings.
• Clean offices and common areas: desks, tables, dusting, vacuuming, mopping.
• Clean floors: dust mop, damp mop, sweep; maintain cleanliness in restrooms.
• Restock supplies, empty trash, sanitize fixtures and surfaces.
• Maintain organized janitor's closet and logs; communicate needs to Area Manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
