Job summary

Summit Building Services in Warrensville Heights, OH is seeking a part-time 2nd shift janitorial associate for a public building. Duties include daily cleaning of floors, restrooms, and restocking supplies, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to get to/from work.
• Be able to pass drug test and background check.
• Experience in housekeeping, environmental services, commercial cleaning, or janitorial services encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Complete job specifications for assigned buildings and perform cleaning duties.
• Clean offices and common areas, disinfect surfaces, dust, vacuum, mop.
• Clean floors including damp and dry mopping, sweeping, and picking up objects.
• Clean restrooms, restock supplies, sanitize fixtures, empty trash.
• Maintain equipment and order supplies; organize janitor’s closet and laundry separation.
• Communicate timekeeping, supplies, client requests to Area Manager and perform additional duties.
