Job summary

Summit Building Services in Twinsburg is seeking a part-time commercial cleaner to maintain public areas, restrooms, floors, and supplies in a public building. Evening shifts and reliable transportation are required.

The role involves cleaning, restocking dispensers, waste removal, and communicating with the Area Manager about timekeeping and client needs. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6–11 pm, 15 hours weekly, at $15.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete job tasks for assigned buildings.
• Clean offices and common areas; disinfect surfaces.
• Maintain floors, restrooms, and restocking of supplies.
• Maintain organization of janitor’s closet and materials.
• Communicate with Area Manager about timekeeping and client requests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
