Job summary

• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing documentation.

• Experience using measuring/inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Vaski equipment.
• Read and follow blueprints and job travelers.
• Load and position materials for production.
• Select machine settings, tooling, and programs for each job.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust as needed.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure specifications and quality.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring tapes.
• Troubleshoot basic machine, tooling, and production issues.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Perform routine machine checks and basic preventive maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with Production, Quality, and Engineering to resolve manufacturing issues.
