Framebridge is seeking a versatile Production Technician for our Henderson, NV manufacturing studio. You will operate CNC routers and a double miter saw to cut frame components, assemble frames, and support shipping when needed.

This role emphasizes lean production, teamwork, safety, and attention to detail. Candidates should be comfortable working with tools, reading specs, and maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Prior woodworking experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CNC routers or similar machinery preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to maintain equipment.
• Able to work in fast-paced production, cross-train in shipping.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Experience in picture framing or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate CNC routers to cut frame products from acrylic and mat board.
• Use nesting software to plan cutting patterns and maximize material usage.
• Operate a double miter saw with safety and accuracy.
• Apply stain and wood glue for underpinning frames using a pneumatic underpinner.
• Collaborate with art cell teams to prioritize tasks and meet orders.
• Conduct final visual quality inspections on frames.
• Assist in the shipping department to package and ship finished products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
