Job summary

Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is seeking a Production Technician for the Athens, GA facility. You will safely operate CNC and manufacturing equipment to assemble high-performance superchargers and components, ensuring quality and efficiency.

The role includes training in multiple work streams such as assembly, test, and machining, while maintaining clean and organized work areas. You will follow stringent safety, quality, and 5S guidelines and work with teams to resolve production issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of production equipment and CNC machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely and efficiently with manufacturing and CNC equipment.
• Maintain production records and follow work instructions.
• Perform machine changeovers, tool inserts, and adjustments to meet tolerances.
• Identify potential equipment problems and report them to maintenance.
• Comply with IATF16949 and 5S+ standards and quality requirements.
