Eaton’s Mobility Group in Athens, GA is seeking a Production Technician to operate CNC equipment and assembly lines, ensuring safety and product quality. The role offers core hours 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM at our Athens facility where we manufacture high-performance superchargers.

The position includes eligibility for a variable incentive program; salary guidance is shown as 19.52 per hour, with benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and/or in the future.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of production equipment and CNC machinery; ability to run, set-up and change-over equipment.
• Able to lift parts up to 50 lbs. repeatedly; may involve pushing/pulling 50 lbs.
• Must live within 50 miles of the site location.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely and efficiently with various manufacturing and CNC equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards for finished parts.
• Meet production targets with high rates of efficiency in a safe environment.
• Maintain production records and follow work instructions.
• Support assembly, test, and machining work streams; training provided.
