Job summary

Eaton Corporation's Mobility Group in Athens, GA, is seeking a Production Technician to operate CNC and other manufacturing equipment for high-performance superchargers. The role emphasizes safe operation, quality compliance, and efficient production in a team setting.

You will perform setup, changeovers, and gauging, while maintaining records and following 5S+ guidelines. Training in assembly, test, and machining will be provided to support multiple work streams.

Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle manual material handling.
• Must live within 50 miles of the Athens, GA site.

Responsibilities

• Produce and assemble high-performance superchargers and components to meet quantity and quality targets.
• Maintain production records and follow work instructions, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Operate and troubleshoot CNC equipment, perform changeovers and tool offsets.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality and team leads to resolve production issues.
• Adhere to IATF16949 quality guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Support multiple work streams including assembly, test, and machining.
