Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s IS VEH VGNA division is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for the Day Shift in Kings Mountain, NC. You will set up and operate CNC equipment to process machined components, following process sheets and drawings, and ensure part quality.

The role offers daytime hours Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with pay progression at 6 months and 1 year. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Kings Mountain and have a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of CNC machining setup/operation experience in manufacturing.
• Residence within 50 miles of Kings Mountain, NC.
• Eaton will not sponsor visa for this position.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC equipment to process machined components.
• Use inspection tools and SPC charts to ensure part quality.
• Read process sheets, follow drawings, and adjust setups as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance and safety practices per procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and document findings.
