Job summary

Sanford Health in Brainerd, Minnesota, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care in our long-term care setting. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and supporting the nursing team under RN supervision.

Work is on the 2pm–10:30pm shift, 32 hours per week with weekend coverage. A $7,500 sign-on bonus and robust benefits are offered, with additional weekend incentives and education support where available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; CNA certification required.
• CNA certification through State Board or in process of endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dining).
• Provide basic nursing assistance and document care under RN supervision.
• Aid with transferring, mobility, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to RN.
• Support infection control practices and cleanliness in resident areas.
