Sanford Health in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to deliver resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support the care plan under RN supervision.

The NA role requires Minnesota CNA certification or enrollment within four months, minimum age 16, and commitment to infection prevention and quality care. This full-time day-shift position includes weekend rotation and daily earnings access with robust

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required with the State Board, or enrolled to obtain certification within four months.
• CNA training and certification provided by the facility.
• Maintains yearly continuing education credits (minimum 12 hours annually).
• When applicable, certified and registered with the UAP Registry.

Responsabilidades

• Provides assistance with basic health care needs including daily living activities as outlined in the care plan.
• Assists residents in transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct techniques and equipment.
• Completes tasks related to food preparation and dining, creating a positive dining experience.
• Documents resident interactions and communicates changing conditions to the charge nurse.
• Provides housekeeping and laundry services to keep resident living areas clean and operational.
• Assists with wellness and recreational programs and participates in related activities.
