Job summary

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for long-term care residents in Brainerd, MN. You will provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision, including vital signs and personal care.

This 32-hour weekly, 2pm–10:30pm shift includes every other weekend/holiday and a generous $5,000 sign-on bonus. CNA certification and ongoing education are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Active CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing or in process of certification within four months.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under an RN.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, meals, and vital signs.
• Document resident interactions and report changes to charge nurse.
