Qualifications

• CNA license required.
• Direct Care Worker Registry (Iowa) required upon hire.
• EFRC (Emergency First Responder Choking) required within 90 days of hire and renewed every 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and hygiene as care planned.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals, mobility, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety.
