Job summary

Great River Health Systems is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) at the Klein Center in West Burlington, Iowa. This part-time role offers 36 hours per week with a 6:30am–3:00pm shift, every other weekend and holiday rotation, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

The CNA will provide basic resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, assisting with daily living activities, meals, and routine checks to ensure comfort and quality of care.

Qualifications

• CNA license required upon hire.
• EFRC training required within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in the medical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Support residents in mobility and daily routines per care plans.
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff.
