Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA license required within four months of employment.
• Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry may apply in applicable states.
• Driver license and vehicle may be required; driving may be part of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic health care needs and activities of daily living.
• Document client care when appropriate.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, ROM, and walking.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and nutritional supplements.
• Support housekeeping and laundry within non-certified CNA role.
• Follow infection prevention and safety protocols under supervision.
