Job summary

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a Part Time Overnight CNA in Luverne, MN. Work 10:30pm–7:00am, 24 hours per week, with every other weekend and rotating holidays. CNA certification required; prior long-term care experience preferred.

Earn $21.00–$24.36 per hour with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and shift differentials for night hours. Responsibilities include resident-centered nursing care under RN supervision, assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care, monitoring vital signs,

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing or in process of obtaining certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, meals and mobility.
• Document resident interactions and vital signs; communicate changes to charge nurse.
