Job summary

Good Samaritan in Luverne, MN is seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident-centered care during the 2:15pm–10:45pm shift. Part-time position with 20 hours weekly and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications include CNA certification and a preference for prior long-term care experience; CNA certification or enrollment required within four months. Eligible for dental and vision benefits for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Minimum age of 16.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA training and certification provided by facility.
• Completes yearly competency testing and 12 hours CE annually.
• State CNA certification or eligibility within four months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with meals, mobility, and daily activities.
• Document resident interactions and report changes to charge nurse.
• Follow infection prevention and PPE policies.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry to maintain clean living areas.
