Good Samaritan Society in Luverne, MN is hiring for a Part Time Evening CNA from 2:15 pm to 10:45 pm, 20 hours per week. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification with State Board of Nursing is required, or state-certified CNA within four months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance as per care plan.
• Follow infection prevention and control policies and use PPE.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing; record vital signs.
• Aids nurses with procedures and documents resident interactions and outcomes.
• Communicate changes in condition to the charge nurse and participate in wellness programs.
