Job summary

Westfields Hospital & Clinic is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Med Surg team. Perform basic patient care, communicate changes to the RN, and support the needs of pediatric, geriatric, and general patient populations.

This .6 FTE evening shift role includes every 3rd weekend. Wisconsin CNA license and BLS certification are required; EPIC experience and prior hospital experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current CNA license in Wisconsin.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic patient care as assigned by the RN.
• Communicate observed changes in patient status to the RN.
• Provide for the needs of pediatric, geriatric and general patient populations.
