Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time role based in San Antonio, TX. You will provide routine daily nursing care and services according to each resident’s assessment and care plan, under supervision.

Responsibilities include identifying residents, recording accurate information, reporting changes in condition, and assisting with daily activities while maintaining confidentiality and following facility policies. CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Record entries clearly in flow sheets, notes, charts, etc.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report suspected disclosures.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Greet residents and escort them to rooms and answer calls promptly.
• Observe and report pressure areas or skin breakdowns.
• Follow policies and procedures and cooperate with other staff.
