Job summary

PACS Group in Texas is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care in accordance with each resident's assessment and care plan. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, and ensure a calm, respectful environment on the unit.

You will report any changes in a resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor, document entries accurately, and uphold privacy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) per state law.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general information.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per the resident's care plan.
• Identify residents using wristbands before treatments or meals.
• Record entries and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility.
• Maintain resident safety and confidentiality.
