Job summary

Sanford Health in Westbrook, MN is seeking a Part-Time Evening CNA to join a compassionate, resident-centered team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and document under the supervision of a registered nurse.

The role requires CNA certification with the State Board or enrollment in a training program, with a minimum age of 16. Shifts include every other weekend, and part-time benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification with State Board or be in process of obtaining.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Minimum age 16; annual continuing education minimum 12 hours.
• Certification and ongoing competency testing required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing.
• Record vital signs and report changes to the RN.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide psychosocial support and assist with meals and dining.
• Document interactions and maintain infection prevention practices.
