Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Part-Time Nursing Assistant in Brainerd, MN. Evening shifts from 2:00pm to 10:30pm, with every other weekend and rotating holidays. A $3,500 sign-on bonus is available and wage ranges from $22.60 to $25.50 per hour.

The role requires CNA certification in Minnesota or enrollment in certification within four months. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification with State Board of Nursing or be enrolled in training/certification within 4 months.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to complete annual competency testing and continuing education credits.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to the RN.
• Assist with meals and dining to create a positive dining experience.
• Support wellness and recreational programs and participate in committees as needed.
