Good Samaritan is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant (CNA) at our Long Term Care Facility in Pine River, MN. The role supports resident-centered care under RN supervision, including daily living tasks, vital signs, and documentation.

Qualifications

High school graduate or GED preferred.
Minimum age 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
CNA certification required with state board; facility provides training and certification.

Responsibilities

Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and other activities of daily living.
Monitor and record vital signs; assist with meals and hydration; support mobility and transfers.
Document interactions and communicate changes to charge nurse; assist with wellness and recreational activities.
