Westminster Lakeland in Lakeland, FL is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for the 3-11PM shift in the Health Center. This full-time position (37.5 hours/week) includes every other weekend and rotating holidays, reporting to the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities include ADLs, vital signs, hygiene, and adhering to care procedures and regulations. Competitive hourly wage with benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO, 403(b) with match, tuition reimbursement, and EAP.

Formación

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with Florida laws.
• One year of long-term care experience or working with handicapped or developmentally disabled adults.
• CPR Certification in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulating, toileting).
• Maintain high hygiene standards and ensure beds are made and trash is removed.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed; take vital signs and report changes.
• Document in CNA ECS flow-sheet promptly and accurately.
• Perform rounds to ensure safety equipment is in place and functioning.
• Provide timely incontinent care and reposition residents to prevent skin issues.
