Job summary

Westminster Communities of Florida in Lakeland, FL seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant/Med Tech to provide routine daily nursing care in our Assisted Living Facility under supervision. You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor health, document vital signs, and ensure safety and compliance.

This full-time role offers a 37.5-hour schedule from 3-11 PM, with every other weekend and rotated holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with Florida law.
• Medical Technician Certified is required.
• One year of long-term care experience and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulating, toileting).
• Take vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Maintain room hygiene and proper bed organization.
• Assist with meals and feeding when needed.
• Document in CNA ECS flow-sheet promptly and accurately.
• Ensure safety equipment is in place and functioning.
