Westminster Communities of Florida in Lakeland, FL is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for the 3PM-11PM shift in the Health Center. You will provide routine daily nursing care to residents under supervision, focusing on dignity, safety, and quality of care.

The role reports to the Director of Nursing and requires compassion, attention to infection prevention, and the ability to document accurately. This full-time position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a Florida-licensed CNA (CPR certified).
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care or related experience.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, transferring, toileting).
• Keep rooms clean and hygienic; ensure beds are made and trash removed.
• Assist with meals and feeding when needed.
• Take and report vital signs and condition changes to the nurse.
• Follow infection prevention and control measures per regulations.
• Document in CNA ECS flow-sheet accurately and promptly.
• Conduct routine rounds to ensure safety equipment is in place.
• Provide timely incontinent care and reposition residents to prevent skin issues.
