Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant II to join our mission-driven team. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities and provide care per hospital procedures to protect safety and dignity.

Responsibilities include collecting and reporting patient data, transporting patients, collecting specimens, distributing linens and supplies, and staying with at-risk patients to monitor safety.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; CT nurse aide program preferred or in progress of BA in Nursing/Health Sciences with at least one clinical.
• Connecticut Nurse Aide Registry certification required; BLS certification required.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Mansioni

• Collect and report patient information and data.
• Help patients with activities of daily living (hygiene, diet, fluids, skin care, bathing, dressing, positioning, transfers, mobility, ambulation).
• Patient transport.
• Collection of specimens.
• Distribution of linens and supplies to patient rooms.
• Deliver ice and beverages to patients.
• Stay with at-risk patients to monitor safety.
