Qualifications

• ServSafe training and kitchen cleanliness expected.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance for elders while upholding nursing standards and respecting their autonomy.
• Work within a self-managed team to create a home‑like atmosphere, including cooking and cleaning.
• Coordinate activities, document care, and communicate with the Clinical Support Team.
• Weigh residents, monitor vital signs, and assist with daily living activities.
• Adhere to infection control, safety policies, and staff scheduling.
