Job summary

United Church of Christ Homes is seeking a PA Certified Nursing Assistant for an evening shift (3pm–11pm) on a full-time basis. You will assist residents with daily nursing care according to care plans and report to supervisors for any changes in condition.

The role emphasizes completing tasks, documenting observations, and supporting activities of daily living. The position requires a valid PA CNA certification, ability to lift and transfer residents, and strict adherence to infection control

Qualifications

• Must have PA CNA certification and be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to perform lifting and transferring duties in a care environment.
• Adherence to infection control and resident safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities per care plans.
• Provide routine nursing care and report changes to supervisors.
• Participate in shift handoffs and document vital signs as required.
• Assist in transfers, bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Comply with all policies and federal/state regulations.
