Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant II to join our Hartford team. Under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities and contribute to a safe, compassionate care environment.

This part-time evening position offers 24 hours per week, competitive benefits starting Day 1, and opportunities for career growth within our mission-driven hospital system.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; CT Nurse Aide Registry certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and report patient information and data.
• Help patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, diet, hydration, skin care, bathing and dressing, positioning, transfers, mobility and ambulation.
• Patient transport
• Collection of specimens
• Distribution of linens and supplies to patient rooms
• Deliver ice and beverages to patients
• Stay with at‑risk patients to monitor patient safety.
