Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated nursing aide to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with assessment and care plans. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, and ensure comfort and safety on every shift.

You will document entries, report changes to supervisors, maintain a clean, respectful environment, and support during meals, transfers, and examinations. Experience in patient care and adherence to privacy policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plan.
• Maintain resident privacy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristband/photo card.
• Record entries clearly in flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Do not disclose resident health information; report violations.
• Ensure resident room is prepared for admission and care.
• Assist with daily activities and personal care for residents.
• Assist transfers and positioning of residents in beds/chairs.
• Observe and report signs of pressure areas or skin breakdowns.
• Maintain a clean, warm, and respectful environment on the unit.
• Participate in nursing shift reports and follow policies.
