Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments using wristband or photo ID.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain privacy of residents' health information and report HIPAA concerns.
• Assist with transferring residents and transporting to rooms, therapies, or activities.
• Follow policies for exposure to blood and body fluids and maintain a safe environment.
