Job summary

Sanford Health in Hillsboro, ND is hiring Nursing Assistants (NA) to provide resident-centered care in our Hillsboro Care Center. Evening shifts (3:00pm - 11:30pm) with weekends/holidays rotation, part-time schedule, and a $17.00–$25.50 per hour range.

We offer paid CNA training, potential sign-on and referral bonuses, and opportunities for growth within the facility. CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing is required, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• Required CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position.
• CNA training and certification provided by facility.

Responsibilities

• The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to residents during scheduled work periods in long-term care.
• Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assists with basic health care needs including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital signs, and psychosocial support.
• Assists residents with transfers, mobility, meals, and documenting care and outcomes.
• Communicates changes in residents' condition to the charge nurse and supports cleanliness and safety.
