Sanford Health in Waconia, MN is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care in our long-term care setting under RN supervision. You will assist with daily living activities, take vitals, and support the care plan while maintaining infection control and safety protocols.

This full-time role offers 32 hours weekly, day shifts, a $22.60–$28.00 hourly wage plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus, shift differentials, education assistance, and a robust benefits package.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA certification required or in process with facility support.
• Annual continuing education credits requirement fulfilled.
• State CNA registration or Endorsement as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident-centered nursing care under RN supervision.
• Assist with daily living activities and vital signs.
• Follow care plan and infection control policies; document interactions.
