As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily activities, engage them in social activities, and support their individual care plans. Compensation ranges from $22.50 to $24.00 per hour, plus shift differentials and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Current registration on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry or eligibility for registration.
• Ability to read care plans, document resident condition, and communicate changes.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support individualized care plans for each resident.
• Engage residents in social activities and community events.
• Help maintain a healthy, active lifestyle for residents.
• Support residents' dignity, comfort, and well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
