The role requires performing basic nursing tasks, reporting changes promptly, and contributing to interdisciplinary care to ensure quality outcomes. Shift options include Day/Eve/Night with rotating weekends and holidays; night and weekend differentials apply.

Qualifications

• CNA license active in Minnesota (unrestricted).
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred with good references.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility according to care plans.
• Support meals, hydration, and nutritional intake, and observe changes in condition.
• Report changes promptly to licensed staff and document care provided.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and co-workers using AIDET principles.
• Assist in safety and fall prevention, and follow care plans for each resident.
