Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification and be registered or in process.
• Minimum age 16; prior long-term care experience preferred.
• Annual competency testing and 12 hours of continuing education required.
• May require driving record and valid driver’s license where applicable.
• Medically qualified for required driving functions per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, mobility, vital signs.
• Assist with meals and dining, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
• Follow infection prevention and PPE protocols; participate in wellness/recreational activities.
