Job summary

Good Samaritan Mandan Sunset is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and support the care team under a registered nurse’s supervision.

The role requires a CNA certification and a commitment to infection control, with opportunities to participate in wellness and recreational programs and to work the evening shift. Competitive benefits accompany full-time status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Must have CN A certification with the State Board, or in process within four months of hire.
• Minimum age 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• Facility provides CNA training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Assist with meals, dining experiences, and residents' hydration.
• Maintain infection control policies and PPE usage.
