Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide direct resident care, including hygiene and daily living activities, under RN supervision. The role also supports the unit as directed by nursing leadership in a skilled nursing facility setting.

The position requires NY CNA certification and LTC training, with consideration for prior Nursing Assistant experience. Evening shifts and union environment are noted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or obtained within two years of hire.
• New York State-approved Long Term Care training and NY Nurse Aide certification required.
• Previous Nursing Assistant experience preferred.
• Must meet all pre-employment screening and physical requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct resident care including hygiene and activities of daily living under RN supervision.
• Perform support tasks for the unit/department as assigned by the RN or manager.
