Job summary

HVMG’s Club Lounge Attendant position offers guests a personalized, concierge-like experience in Atlanta. You will guide guests with recommendations, arrange reservations, and assist with special requests to enhance their stay.

Working evenings (4:00pm–10:00pm) under the Front Office Manager, you’ll develop local expertise and hospitality skills, with opportunities for advancement across the hotel operations team.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• Hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the knowledgeable and friendly guide for hotel guests, helping them make the most of their stay by providing personalized recommendations and assistance.
• Provide information on local attractions, make reservations, and assist with travel arrangements.
• Report to the Front Office Manager.
• Clarify that a career as a Club Lounge Attendant can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry.
